How To Delete Your Account

Effective date: March 9, 2026

You can permanently delete your TX Carry Compass account directly from the mobile app. This page explains the steps for both iOS and Android.

Before You Continue

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• You will lose sign-in access immediately after deletion.
• Prior approved contributions remain in the system without your account attached.

Delete Account on iOS

1. Open the TX Carry Compass app on your iPhone and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. In the Data & Privacy section, tap Delete Account.
4. When prompted, type DELETE.
5. Tap Delete Account to confirm.

Delete Account on Android

1. Open the TX Carry Compass app on your Android device and sign in.
2. Open the Account screen.
3. Find Data & Privacy, then tap Delete Account.
4. In the confirmation dialog, type DELETE.
5. Tap Delete to complete account deletion.
